The psychologists who developed this training took advantage of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, lived experience, and a smart teaching rythym to help coaches absorb the content and practice the skills live. Working in smaller groups and dyads to practice the skills set us up for success.

The course material, the opportunity to practice the new skills during training, and of course the amazing instructors made this one of the most valuable educational experiences I’ve had! Definitely recommend.

This course exceeded every single expectation I had. It was layed out in a logical and helpful way and the instructors were incredible and gentle humans. In the course, we even got to practice our new skills through role plays (which were hard, but taught me more than I could have ever learned without them). This course changed how I approach and interact with clients and I am proud of the coach I've become because of it.

I found the training very helpful. Even though I was already a mother myself, I still learned new things in the course such as there being a real reason for anger while breastfeeding/pumping and got more familiar with some of the experiences some women face in pregnancy or postpartum outside of my own. I also really enjoyed having the case studies and role plays. Even though that sort of thing can be umconfortable initially, it was very helpful to dive in and practice the material and get different perspectives in a hands on way. The instructors were very encouraging and approachable. Everyone in the course was always given the opportunity to share personal experience as well as ask questions. It was also helpful having the instructors look for and draw on the coach's strengths, while also being able to see where further practice was needed without feeling judged or criticized. The session videos are also helpful to reference, especially in the early weeks when learning the manual content. I think the material was appropriate for all levels. Even after the course was over, it never felt like we were left on our own since anytime we needed support we could reach out for further discussion and having the weekly case consults are a great way to get a refresher on a topic, support for a hard case, or simply to just share coach experiences.

This course exceeded all my expectation! The instructors were knowledgeable, warm, and engaging. The course was very accessible, offering an easy, learn-from-home experience with a good mix of teaching, practice, and Q&A. The content was practical, immediately applicable, and deeply relevant to work with perinatal anxiety. Nothing else has equipped me better to coach clients struggling in this area. I use the skills from this course regularly and consistently see the transformation in my clients. I would highly recommend this course to anyone working with new and expecting moms, from beginning coaches to licensed therapists.

I took the course over a year ago-but it was incredibly thorough and provided ample opportunity to connect with fellow coaches, the company founders, and practice the skills being taught/in the manual. I have used these tools in other areas of my life aside from my role as a coach.

The CBT training at Prospera was exceptionally clear, well-taught, and immediately applicable. The instructors, Andrea Niles and Sarah Stanger, are both highly skilled psychologists, and their ability to translate CBT concepts into simple, practical tools stood out. I’ve rarely experienced CBT taught in a way that felt both clinically sound and accessible. What made this training especially impactful was the emphasis on experiential learning. Through live role-plays and real coaching demonstrations, I gained an embodied understanding of how to apply CBT frameworks in actual sessions—not just in theory. As a nationally board-certified coach, this training meaningfully strengthened my confidence and effectiveness in using CBT in a directive, ethical, and client-centered way. I highly recommend this course to coaches and mental-health–adjacent professionals seeking high-quality CE training that bridges evidence-based theory with embodied, real-world application.
