“My two star isn't the product or the great customer service, it is based on shipping. I ordered the MM earring studs. The first set arrived with one stud broke off and the others bent. I called customer service and they immediately replaced the items. I was disappointed to find they mailed them in the exact same type of mailer and a good portion of the studs were bent. I am just letting this go because if they keep packaging earrings the same way they will not arrive in good shape. The earrings need to be sent in a box or at least bubble wrapped. Their customer service is great. Will continue to order other items, just not stud earrings.”
