“I gave this product 1 star because they arrive damaged. The packaging they came in was insufficient. They were not placed with proper wrapping or in a box, prone to get smashed by heavier packaged en route to their destination.
I give customer service 3 stars. They offered comprehensive replacements but did not offer to package the original item differently to prevent damage. I'm sure there's nothing the Customer Service Representative could have done but this shows that the bigger issue is with packaging policies and procedures. In terms of Quality Control, I'd hope Pura Vida would investigate and analyze how many packages arrive damaged and change their packaging to prevent this from happening. Not only is it a waste of the customer's time, but it's also a waste of resources. This return process could have been prevened all together if the item was packaged correctly.”
