“Original earrings arrived damaged posts bent. Got a replacement set. They arrived worse than the first set. This time they where bent and one was totally broken”
“The earrings are so cute, yet arrived with damage to the posts, once again. This set was a replacement for my previous earring set which arrived with bent posts on each earring, one too crooked to straighten. The packaging is not enough for dainty earring posts. The Harry Potter set had one post snapped off. They could not be replaced, they were sold out. The coupon I was given did not work. Spoke to customer service and the coupon still isn’t working. I give up. Though helpful, I spent a total of at least an hour with zero results and I had to send screenshots of everything..the damaged earrings, coupon code email etc. the situation wasn’t resolved. Very cute products, just needs better packaging and if given a coupon code to replace a sold out item, it should work.”
