“Very frustrated! I've ordered from Pure Vida several times and I have the monthly subscription, and I've never had any issues, but I haven't received my last 2 orders. I've sent 3 emails with zero responses. Please help! I am putting my monthly subscription on hold, I can't keep spending money with Pure Vida and not receiving my orders. Other than these issues I've loved every piece of jewelry I've ever bought from Pure Vida! Great quality!”
