“I only gave this 4 stars because I had to return the first one I bought! It was a gift and my friend had it on for maybe 20 minutes and all of the charms fell off! Luckily we found them! But Pura Vida is so amazing and sent me a new one! Just make sure you check the clasp!”
“I love this necklace de only problem I had is that mine was hard to open and then it will open when I touch it ! So I exchange it I think I just got a bad one ! But pura vida was great at replacing it !”
“I wore it one time and had to use pliers, to open it the very first time. I didn't know I was going to have a stroke and need an MRI. It had to be cut off of me because no one could get it to unclasp. I would love to upload pictures but I have no idea what happened after they cut it off. That's a separate issue with the hospital. Even, if none of that had happened, I couldn't get it off of my neck without damaging it and I wouldn't receive a refund if I damaged the necklace myself. Catch 22 here. But that was your response, so this is mine. I've bought a lot of Merch and have recommended your company and have spread the word about your charitable contributions which is a huge reason why I have continued my support plus your stance on workplace conditions and continuously trying to involve indigenous communities and women around the world in the making of these beautiful pieces of jewelry. But I'll be rethinking my stance for the future”
