Very good product that seems to work well for me. I have purchased this product twice, and will continue to as long as they don’t cheapen construction/materials.

puresleep device does stop my snoring. i have been using one for 6 years now and it has kept me and my husband in the same bed. the only downside is that it is a bit bulky in my mouth and takes some getting use to.

I have been using a PureSleep mouthpiece for several years now and it has been a blessing for my wife because there is no longer a train rumbling through our bedroom every night and she can sleep without earplugs. There are times when it is not as comfortable as I would like but it does keep me from snoring. I have noticed that the alignment of my jaw has changed over the years. I have tried other non-snoring devices but the PureSleep is the best for me.

Product works. But not all the time. causes discomfort and pain in my gums. All in all it does cut my snoring down around 70% .

There is no question that PureSleep has improved my sleeping/snoring situation. My wife is very happy with the results of it's usage. The appliance does require periodic adjustment, and does not always last the advertised time of 9 months. Several times I have had to replace the appliance well under this time period, but when all aspects are considered, the device works quite well and I am satisfied with the results.

It works quite well if molded properly. The biggest complaint is I clench my teeth at night and they don't last long .. even though you can re-mold them a couple of times. Rarely use my Cpap.

I found it difficult to get a good fit without burning my mouth. I do not feel I made the impressions deep enough to effectively hold my jaw in the correct position to stop snoring. This device is however much more durable than a competing silicone product that I purchased last year.
