“I have been using this device for over a year. Once I got the custom sizing correct (only took 2 tries on the first device), it worked beautifully immediately - no snoring at all. Previously I had tried several other types of devices and told myself I would never wear a mouthpiece. My husband convinced me to try it and we are glad. The key to a good fit is to follow the instructions carefully, even if it it awkward. It lasts longer than they suggest. I rinse it every day and brush with toothpaste once a week. It lasts about 6 months for me. I recommend to try this if other types have not worked for you. The only downside is that sometimes I get tired of it being in my mouth, but I start snoring as soon as I do not use it.”
