We've sold well over a million units over the past fifteen years and found that the device fits >95% of customers. However, that means that it doesn't not comfortably fit roughly one in twenty. You may have fallen into that category.
If you'd to give PureSleep another try, you can contact our US-based telephone support for live fitting advice. Sometimes this results in a better, more comfortable fit.
