“I received the pure sleep night guard. It is a moldable mouth guard like you can get at a sporting goods store, except the top and bottom can click together to create an underbite. This underbite pushes your jaw forward which creates space allowing for easier breathing at night. According to my wife, my snoring went from loud to a soft purr. I wear it with my CPAP and I do grind my teeth (Bruxism). I did not see until after I purchased it, it was not for people who grind teeth. The soft molding core has been being displaced by my grinding and I fear at some point the gel will break off causing me to choke in my sleep. I have had it a month, so we will see how long it lasts.”
“This device did not fit comfortably in my mouth. To the best of my knowledge I molded it correctly to my bite but it was still not comfortable to wear, even after several days. I returned the device due to the dissatisfaction with the product.”
“Honestly, I had really high hopes about this device. The thing is just too small for my mouth. when I made the mold, it only comes back halfway on my teeth. This causes it to fall out if I roll over or really move at all. I think the concept works, but i think the mold should be both top and bottom not just the bottom.”
