“I’ve been using these pure sleep device since 2006 and I’m obviously very pleased with the results. I most likely need to replace them sooner than I do for the optimal results. Even a bit worn and looser they provide terrific jaw advancement stabilization. Five star product!”

“I’ve been using the PureSleep for years. My wife says it takes away my snoring almost completely. I also sleep better when using it. It takes a little getting use to and your teeth may be sore at first but this goes away quickly. I do notice after a few month it stops working. I then order a new one, set it up and the snoring goes away. Not sure what causes this, but it probably has something to do with jaw position and your body adapting to the device. Anyway, I love it and will keep using it.”
