“I’ve been a PureSleep customer/user for many years; I’ve consistently been pleased with the product, and it has lessened my nighttime snoring significantly. Highly recommended product!”
“When I FIRST Ordered my Pure Sleep, many years ago, I was skeptical. But I am holistically minded and wanted a Non-Invasive solution to my snoring issues. When it arrived, my wife and I set about personalizing the fit, in a matter of minutes. The first night proved the claims I read and responded to! A comfortable night for both of us!! We've been believers and users of Pure Sleep ever since. Thank you!”
“I've been using puresleep for the last few years and my wife swears by it. She knows when I don't use it and makes me put it in when I forget. it helps with my sleeping, I feel like I get a better sleep when using puresleep, I've recommended to all my friends who have a snoring problem and they love it.”
If your mouth and lips became very dry during sleep, it’s a sign that you were breathing through your mouth. If you normally breathe through your nose when you sleep, the problem is that you were unable to close your lips around the PureSleep device during sleep. When PureSleep has been properly fitted, almost everyone can easily close their lips to prevent mouth-breathing during sleep. However if you didn’t make a deep enough impression of your teeth during the fitting process, it would prevent your jaw from closing enough, thereby making it more difficult to seal your lips. As a result, air will flow through your mouth when you sleep, causing it to dry out. This problem may be easily remedied by repeating the fitting process and paying close attention to the details of the fitting process so the plastic remains sufficiently soft when biting down to form a sufficiently deep impression.
For a variety of reasons which you can easily find if you do an Internet search, it’s healthier to breathe through your nose than through your mouth during sleep. If you normally breathe through your mouth, it’s probably because you can’t get enough airflow through your nose. We strongly recommend trying any of the new class of allergy medications, such as Zyrtek, which are very effective at reducing nasal congestion and can be used indefinitely with virtually no side-effects. It may even be worthwhile seeing an allergist. If you don’t have allergies, we recommend that you see an otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat doctor) as there are a variety of minimally-invasive surgical procedures that can quickly improve nasal airflow in a way that you may find truly life-changing.
