“This product is a great alternative to using a CPAP machine (which I could not tolerate). There are some medical restrictions, but if none of these apply to you, then closely follow the product's set up instructions. If you don't it will be uncomfortable. However, on my second attempt (several years later) I did and those who know say that my loud snoring is gone. I can now sleep 5-6 hours in a row without waking up and feel refreshed each new day. There is still a getting used to with each wearing, generally a 15 minute "settling-in" period as my teeth and jaw adjust to a "fixed" position. After this, I fall asleep and when I awake, I often don't notice I'm still wearing the device.”
