“I found out myself that I needed to use a mouthpiece like PureSleep to eliminate my snoring and I have been using PureSleep for 3 years and almost since I first used it, i finally got a good night's sleep. The worse comment I have gotten is that others can hear me breathing. The mouthpiece need to be replaced after about a year or so. It will discolor over time, it needs periodic cleaning. I rinse it after every use. I have never gotten sick from using PureSleep.”
“I've been using PureSleep since 2011 (9 years.) It works well for about 4 months then I need a new one. I use dental wax to cover the opening in the front of the guard as it causes me to breath through my mouth and dries out my throat. I wish PureSleep would offer the discount of buy one get one, more often.”

“I would give it a 5 because it does work better then any other device I have tried. The issue I have is I grind my teeth and it doesn't hold up well to that; it wants to separate the two halves. I like that you went back to the ability to offset the mouthpiece according to your jaw; that really helps it work.”
