“The order was a nightmare. The USPS lost it in Ithaca and then found it and returned it to you. Called last Tuesday and confirmed with Customer Service to have it shipped to another address. Never happened. Called last Friday and requested the same. Again it never happened. Called today and CS could not find the order 106646 so I requested cancellation and refund. Cs said I would get an email confirming refund. Never got the email. Where is my refund?”
