“I purchased this after my colleague recommended it and I'm mostly happy with my purchase.Good:- You forget it's there, I have most of my devices connect to pyramid instead of my main router now- Speeds are reasonable, haven't noticed much or any slow-down- Works with Netflix & iPlayer- Set up wasn't difficult (approx 5 minutes)Not so good:- The website chat was really helpful at explaining that the light on the middle shows the VPN is on and the switch can turn it off but if it was on the instructions it would be more helpful- The web app is nice and simple, but I'd prefer an app in the app store for managing wifi settings so looking forward to that being addedThe pass is also really reasonable, it's about £4 a month with the annual version so a lot more reasonable than some of the vpn apps.”
