“I don't understand why the fullfillment process of takes so long when Qi representatives say my products are in stock and will ship out that same day or day after when I placed my order on May 30th. This order still hasn't shipped out as of today which seems really unacceptable.”

“I ordered a product that is very sensitive to heat. Exposure to high temperatures renders the product ineffective. I contacted customer service and requested a new shipment with cold pack. I was told this was not possible. I offered another option (which Is common among other vendors of similar peptides)…shipping the product without bacteriostatic water added for reconstitution upon receipt. Both requests were denied. In stead, I was asked to return the opened product so they could make a determination regarding possible refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING REQUIRING TEMP CONTROL FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS AN $80 BOTTLE OF SALINE!”

How did you like it?

“Product was received within appropriate timing with package intact. Directions were followed until the bottle was empty. Personally, I experienced slight to moderate improvement in my complexion. Having oily skin with rosacea , I was hoping for better démodé control for the higher priced product. Held my nose to get past the bitter taste. Like drinking extra strength pine-sol. Putting an atomic hot ball/candy in my mouth afterward helped with bad taste. ‍”
