“I understand that covid has caused many problems with businesses. However when your customer support lies time and time again it is not acceptable. She would say oh the nano silver has just arrived and is being stocked we will have your order shipped by thursday the latest, week after week. When I said just be truthful do you have it in stock right now, her response was yes, we will ship on saturday! I said really, for real? She said if we dont ship or do ship someone will call you saturday. I never recieved a call. I was told every week in Jan&Feb. I finally recieved it last week, I ordered in November 2021. When it came was not a nasal spray, it was pump for mouth.”

“I purchased a product and paid the extra to have it shipped faster as I was excited to try the product. After a while with no word or delivery from the company I called customer service to see what was going on. When I got InTouch with customer service I was told the product was on back order and there was no date as to when it would be in stock. Now I get stuff being on back order but the company gave no update and also was happy to take the extra in shipping costs.”

“As in my previous review, I will repeat that Qi Supplements have been great, punctual and communicative. As far as the peptides, I am on my first cycle and so far no major changes or noticeable improvements. I have been wondering whether oral is as effective as injection but as I am less than eager to begin a program of daily injections, I will try another cycle of Qi's oral peptides next month.”

“Would have liked to have given you 5 stars, but I ordered back the end of November…. Your website said nothing about being out of stock when I ordered…. After a couple weeks of not seeing them, I inquired on the shipping date… only then was I informed that you were out of stock… Having used the peptides before, I know they are a superior product… so I waited….even though after inquiring, and a helpful staff member of yours explained…. Kinda felt like the appropriate time to have notified me would have been immediately…. Next time… hard stop on your part, and come clean with the unpleasant news of being out of stock, and not let me find out on my own after all the waiting…. Only getting 3 stars because of the product…. Pump the brakes next time guys, and do the right thing, despite the “sting” on your end…. Honesty goes miles and miles! Frank Kerry”
