“I'm so glad I discovered this formula when I read Suzanne Somer's lates book. I have trouble staying a sleep during the night and take Melatonin, but I can't stay a sleep. This allows me to go back to sleep if I wake up during the night. I take additional zinc and selenium at night now and with three tablets I feel really good when I wake up. Now I know I'm sleeping deeply.”
