“Slog to take but excellent results. Planned a 30 day course, managed only 20. Taking these caused fatigue and irritability. Cut down my sense of well-being. Two days or so after I stopped, normal energy and well-being returned. Ultimate effect of taking these has been sense of well-being above baseline. Increased emotional and physical resiliency. Constant two months on. Remarkable results.”

“i only used a 10 day course of these. i have noticed better dream recall my skin has improved a little bit and better immune system.i will try this again but for 30 days to get the full benefit.”
