How did you like it?

“I was expecting a better result for this application. I have severe spinal stenosis, recently diagnosed on MRI and have difficulty being mobile without back support belts and tighteners. So doing my reseach, I thought that the cartilage connection might work. I have used it every day takin x2 in AM. I am receiving several injections (prednisone) to L-3 and L-4 which is helping, and NSAIDS as appropriate. Heating pads help to my spasms in legs and lower back. So I am slowly improving but this medication doesnt seem to make a difference, at least in the short term. I enjoy reading your knowledable and honest articles and I am familiar with the Khavinson research as well. Your products are good and I just don't know what would be more effective. Thank you for your educational and mature writing.”
