“I had 2 sketch pads with the same name. I had emailed right after seeing the mistake. I asked for it to be removed to one pad instead of two. When the order arrived it had not been changed and I was charged for teo.”
“The product concept was cute, but the customized notebook looked smudged when I got it. Like the customized ink didn't set or dry and the front cover had smudged black ink over it. It isn't terrible, but it isn't nice looking either. So great concept but need to improve on delivering the product in good order!”
