“What a fabulous trip! Everything from the accomodations, to the excursions, to the food, to the staff was absolutely top notch! This was the perfect family vacation for us. The kids (ages 9, 12, and 15) loved the activies and were very appreciative of the staff's attention to kid friendly food. The adults in our family loved the friendliness of the staff, the knowledge of the guides, and the beauty everywhere we looked.”

“Just got back from a week on the Evolution. It was the best trip I’ve ever done! The 3 naturalists on board were amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly, they made every excursion so much fun. The crew were all great and made everything seamless. The food choices were unbelievable, there was something for everyone. From start to finish, Quasar made everything as easy as possible. Then there’s the Galapagos! If you love nature and wildlife, it doesn’t get any better than this!”

“Perfect group size. 31 guests. We had a great room on the top deck with windows,2 closets and hot powerful shower. it was like we had our own private balcony. Very comfortable beds. Crew was very attentive and accomodating. We had a doctor on board who accompanied us on activities which was comforting. Very good food. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Open bar. Very experienced and knowledgable local guides who gave education sessions in the evenings. Coffee and snack available 24/7. Snorkeling with sea lions, penguins, sharks, turtles, sea stars and many colorful fish. Hikes were easy to moderate. Saw blue footed boobies and albatrosses doing mating dances. Highly recommend.”

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TRIP FROM START TO FINISH! The accommodations were perfect for us -- very clean, well cared-for. Staff was TOP-NOTCH!! Leo, Director offered a warm welcome with calm sincerity, humor and was visible/available throughout the trip. The Park Guides, Cristina, Soto and Bolo were awesome and know their stuff -- each bought a unique perspective/presentation style that was well recv'd. Capt Victor sets a High Bar, not afraid to do any of the chores (WOW! Sets a Great example by participating!), personable, sincere, welcoming. The food and drinks were amazing - the 3Ds (David, Dalton and Dario) created some gastronomic wonders while Eric and Ricardo took 'service' to next level. Frank, Chino and Andy helped to keep us all safe and dry in the pangas. The room stewards were diligent and kept our rooms clean at all times. (We gave them a workout!) I wish we could name everyone -- Suffice to say: All staff went out of their way to allow and encourage us to enjoy this cruise. And, ENJOY, we did. We will return!”

“The Evolution yacht experience was first class, from the staterooms, dining areas, outdoor areas, panga transports, food and especially the crew! The naturalists were incredibly knowledgeable and the group sizes of 10 people to one naturalist led to a very personalized experience! I would highly recommend Quasar and The Evolution Yacht to experience the Galapagos Archipelago!”

“Evolution is the perfect size yacht for us as there were plenty of cruise memebers to give us a luxury experieince and still there were only 10 passengers per Equadorean nationally certified guides. the guides were experieinced and super friendly, nice, and accessible. food and stateroom were first class!”

“This was a truly transformational trip. The Galapagos Islands are magical, and our knowledgeable and attentive guides made sure that we appreciated them to the fullest. On the newly remodeled ship, the crew provided excellent service in cleaning the cabin and boat and preparing copious delicious food. Not the least aspect of the trip, was getting to know our fellow passengers from around the world. And there was plenty of activity: snorkeling, hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and informational talks. I would consider doing this trip again with more of my family and will recommend it to all considering a Galapagos trip.”
