“The Grace is everything we expected and more! With 2 great naturalists on board, we got the very best out of our experience. Having a hot tub to sit in after snorkelling and enjoy a drink fab! The food was excellent and the attention to detail by the crew was second to none. 11 crew, 2 naturalists and only 14 guests is a recipe for success. Only suggestion would be internet access, 1 hour per day built into the cost, rather than 1/2 hour per guest over 7 days. Rash vests a must for Snorkelling. The on board shop carried insufficient stock Re: Vests. hats, Sweatshirts etc. A trick missed here! Highly Recommend.”

Hello Lucia, We are delighted to hear that that you found the Grace to be more than expected. Just to clarify, in addition to the free internet package that all guests receive for their week onboard, Quasar also offers additional internet packages on its yachts for purchase. Before we installed satellite wi-fi service aboard our yachts, many guests asked us not to install it as they loved taking time away from screens, email and social media, to focus more on their experience and for getting to know the other guests. At Quasar we highly encourage guests to enjoy their once in a lifetime adventure in the Galapagos and only use the internet as needed. That said, we do understand that some guests truly must have internet access throughout their cruise and we do provide wi-fi packages that offer as many hours of connectivity as needed. Regarding the shop, yours was one of the first departures following the Grace's recent return from a major dry dock and not all the shop supplies arrived on time to the islands to stocking the shop properly. We apologize for the inconvenience and this is being rectified so guests can purchase all sorts of souvenirs onboard. Thank you again for traveling with Quasar. “I had an incredible experience which I shall remember and cherish forever. Everything was perfect from start to finish...I couldn't have asked for more! The crew, the Naturalist, the housekeeping and the amazing food exceeded my expectations. I dream of returning to the Galapagos one day and having another wonderful stay on M/Y Grace.”

“We love the Grace and have traveled the Galapagos Islands aboard this yacht three times. We love the history of the boat and that has what has drawn us back to her each time. We are quite disappointed to hear that she is being gutted and made modern - we fear that her elegance will be destroyed ... and we are glad we were on her last voyage as she was. The crew and naturalists are always top notch and work hard to make everyone's trip amazing.”

“The M/Y Grace was simply gracious - a elegant vessel. It was a lovely experience spending 7 days aboard that fine ship. Superb (truly superb, attentive, caring, hard-working) staff, great food (with a few minor exceptions), excellent facilities, nice guest cabins and a wonderful sense of history. The great experience was amplified by the magnificent Galapagos and off-the-map-wonderful naturalists.”
