Great bike rack, easy to use, solid and secure. I Would like to see the cables used to lock bikes a little longer.

Very happy overall. Heavy duty construction; Well well thought out design. Have had a few 300 mile trips over less than perfect highways with no problems. Only negative: one of the “arms” is getting harder to fold down, and stops about 2”” before closing completely. Doesn’t affect the storage position but I’m concerned it may get worse.

My bikes are heavy e-bikes so I have trouble mounting them. Fortunately I often have help. Once mounted they are very easy to lock into place. I have not had any problems en route

Excellent bike rack, especially if you have carbon bikes. Very easy to install and extremely stable. The only drawback is the locking system to secure the bikes .... The cable for securing the bikes is a little too short. I recommend this bike rack.

Being in our mid seventies, we are glad we got this model, with the wheels, we just roll it out of the garage and onto the hitch without having to lift it. The locking mechanism for the bikes is so easy and quick and everything is firmly in place.

Overall rating poor based on the hinge that has excessive play and leads to bike bounce when in use and noise when in the upright position. It is unfortunate that so many other great elements of the rack (trays, straps and locking arm) are overshadowed by the flaw.
