“Love this rack. The locking cables could be a bit longer. I have also experienced the bar that grips the front tire sliding off on a bumpy road even though it was as tight as I could get it when I loaded the bikes.”

“This comes at a perfect time. i have used the Thule Bike rack 3 times. i took off last week for the 4th time with the bike rack and my back bike fell off and is ruined. upon examination the tire older slipped and the bike fell out on the ground and then the cup the tire sits in with the strap broke and the bike came completely off. a mess. less than 2 year old Trek Bicycle.”

“I would give this a "zero " if I could. I had a guy steal me 4,000 bike with a grinder and he damaged the rack However the rack was still useable. The problem is that the tongue of the rack that goes into the cassette was malformed and when I took the rack out, I couldn't get it back. I couldn't get my money back on it because a thief scrapped the finish. Because this rack had a faulty tongue and you sold it to me anyway gives both your company and Thule a "zero"”

“Sometimes difficult to mount . Tightener block needs adjustment. Plastic retaining clips break if not careful when adjusting.”

“Well-designed and easy to use. The wheels make for easy movement to my storage spot when the rack is not in use. It is built to handle the weight of two e-bikes. Lock cables could be a little longer for ease of use and the small locking key is fidgety and difficult to use in the locks at times. Otherwise highly recommended!”
