“From the start I’ve had problems with the mechanism that clicks the stand up bar in place. I’ve been using numerous tie downs to secure my bike in place. At the time I should have bought the more expensive carrier. I’m I happy with it…no. So I just deal with it.”

“It's light weight even my wife can lift it to attach it to our car. At the same time it's sturdy and well constructed. Once you tighten the hitch bolt and strap the bikes down nothing moves on the back of the car. I highly recommend this product as well as Rack Attack Victoria.”

“A week or two into owning the bike rack one of the parts failed that held the two bikes together, which caused one of the bikes to fall backward and skid along the road, causing damage to the handlebar and brakes rack attack returned the bike carrier, and it was exchange for a thule bike rack ,which, was a much better product It was slightly discounted, but we were disappointed that they manufacture couldn’t come good for our repairs and it was not pursued by rack attack.”

“The Saris Freedom2 is a good rack that in the end, did not meet our needs. We loaded two e-bikes on the rack and were at the limit of its capacity. It was hard to load and clumsy to secure the bikes. We sold it and got another brand with more carrying capacity and a ramp for easy loading.”

“We bought the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Rack to take our two e-bikes back and forth to the cottage. The rack handles the two bikes, which are older and rather heavy, with ease. The rack is stable on the truck and fairly easy to mount the bikes despite their weight and our age - we are both seniors. When we were looking for a bike rack to handle two e-bikes we had a lot of difficulty finding ones that could handle the weight and at a reasonable price. Thankfully we found Rack Attack and it was worth the drive as we live in the Niagara area. We are very happy with our purchase.”
