“Since I ordered my rack online just from watching YouTube reviews, I was hoping it would be as good as everyone said. As soon as I opened the box and started pulling out the components, I could tell this was a high quality product. The assembly was easy and once you place it into the hitch receiver, you have a sense of how solid this rack is. Bike installation onto the rack is straightforward and very secure with no sense of worry when driving down the road. The only comment that I will make, is for any bike rack, no matter the manufacturer, when using it on a vehicle with rear emergency braking (such as my 2021 VW Atlas), you have to disable that feature or your brakes will slam on when you start to back up. Not something that I was expecting the first time I backed out of my driveway.”

“It's the second one I've owned. I gave the first one to a friend as I had the four bike rack and they had kids. Only complaint is it's heavy duty and a little bit more difficult to carry any distance. As far as durability and everything else fantastic”
