“Have had it 3 years. Lock broke on one side. Went to the store where I purchased it and was told they do not have replacement parts. Was told they ere going to search and will get back to me. 3 weeks now with no word. Very disappointing.”

“Purchased this for a 2017 Rav4. Fits great. Very content with size and storage capacity. Surprisingly not too noisy at all. Thank you Rack Attack on Laird and to Sam Dyer for the perfect installation.”

“The Cargo box is great, but within 5 months, the claws that grip the box to the roof rack fell apart”

“The Thule Motion XT XL Black Cargo Box is great, exactly what I needed and had no issues a year after. But I'm glad I got it at the store rather than shipping it home because the box doesn't do well in shipment. The Rack Attack guys opened 3 boxes before finding one that wasn't damaged. And even then, the one that looked ok had a broken hinge. So they replaced it with one from the other broken boxes. But the guys were very helpful and I'm satisfied with the box.”

“This Thule cargo box gave me great extra storage for camping supplies. It is easy to open and close and the straps inside easily secure the items.”

“Easy to install, use, and looks great. The only downside is that the sliding clamps don't stay in place when you loosen them to remove the unit, they always pop out of their tracks and rattle around so we have to store them separately.”
