“These breakfasts are great - love all the flavours, but Mixed Berry and Blueberry are top for me. Protein keeps you full, and you feel good knowing your body is getting the best quality fuel and nutrients. Eating from the pouch is fine on the go, but you get a better experience tipping the pouch into a bowl then adding water.”
