“I’ve found the Radix Dairy Nutrition breakfasts to be incredibly convenient, especially on busy mornings. They have a great balance of protein, healthy fats, and carbs, which really helps set me up for the day. I sometimes struggle to eat first thing in the morning, but these are easy on the gut, filling, and actually taste really good. Preparation couldn’t be simpler—just add water—and it definitely makes mornings feel less stressful. I also like the variety of flavours and the option to get a mixed pack. The subscription model is handy for regular deliveries, although it would have been good to know upfront that it renews on the first of every month. That said, the team was very helpful when I reached out—they quickly adjusted my order via email. Another bonus is how well it mixes—you can easily add your own powders without any clumping. Overall, I wish I had started using these sooner. I have a sensitive stomach and can’t tolerate gluten, so these have been a perfect fit for me”
