“I brought the FODMAP meals to help reset my diet after weeks of suffering from bloating. I ate these as my main meal for a week along with other FODMAP friendly foods. This was a game changer. Easy preparation and great taste. The smell of the meals are interesting, however the meals themselves were all great tasting and nutritious.”

“I ordered some of the Low FODMAP meals as I'm going hiking for 4 weeks and need to know that I can eat low FODMAP (I have SIBO). I've tried four flavours: Mexican, Indian, Peri-Peri, and Basil Pesto. They were all delicious and I had no symptoms at all. Great to know woorryingI can go on my holiday without worrying about what I can eat!”

“Thank you for making dietary friendly melas for hiking. I have allergies to both garlic and onion so it has been difficult for me to find meal options until I came across Radix. I am excited to try them. Just a bit of a shame that I had to buy a packet of 8 rather than being able to buy individual packets on your website.”
