“Delicious breakfasts, they mix well and taste great with almond milk. Good variety and very handy to have at work. I’m a paramedic and never know when my next break will be, I find these fill me up for a good 4+hours and give me energy throughout the day. Both plant based breakfasts and FODMAP breakfasts are great.”
