“Disappointed in this. I ordered the unflavoured variety, but unfortunately it has a sickly sweet flavour. Inexplicably it contains guar gum as a thickener, which means if you try to use it in anything other than a smoothie (e.g. overnight oats which is one of my main uses) you end up with a nasty sticky mess. I'll be going back to my regular NZ WPI brand.”

“I got this protein to add to my stone ground wheat flower. It hasn't affected the flavour or texture of the bread and I am getting an extra protein boost for my diet after illness and surgery.”
