“I really rate these for a bunch of uses. They're a a good substitute for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I have one before a big session in the gym. Also I carry one on my pack for emergency fuel when a day mission turns into an overnighter. I find they give me a good bit of energy, so when I finally get back to the car, I'm not so disappointed with my life choices.”
