“I couldn’t find anything that would make it “refurbished“. Iit was like new and in excellent shape. It is solid metal, heavy and well built. The only plastic is the part that holds the coffee grounds. It makes a good cup of coffee. I would recommend that the carafe top have a close setting to keep the hot coffee hotter longer. I would prefer a heated pot instead of the carafe. We don’t drink the coffee quickly so it isn’t hot when we finish it.”
“Makes a great cup. Came from a machine that was much more straightforward regarding how much coffee to use so that is a learning curve vs the other machine stating it on the provided scoop. But otherwise it’s great”
