“Makes a great cup. Came from a machine that was much more straightforward regarding how much coffee to use so that is a learning curve vs the other machine stating it on the provided scoop. But otherwise it’s great”

“i was happy when this finally arrived at my doorstep , it was already pre rinsed and cleaned and ready to brew out of the box which not a lot of companies do ! so it was nice to start my first cup of coffee and man i can’t believe the difference in taste and flavor not to mention it’s simple one button touch start takes no more than a couple min for a cup of fresh hot coffee which is amazing ! i did upgrade to the series 2 thermal carafe because of the improved pour, but otherwise i’m happy with this coffee maker. i felt a company that prides itself on quality parts and offers a five warranty i figured why not get refurbished. no scratches or dings on my model so thank you Ratio Six ^_^”
