“For the money I spent I do not think this was worth it. The pot does not pour properly and I can not get all the coffee out without having issues or spilling. It is just OK but I could have got OK for much less money.”
“We were SO disappointed when our original Ratio Six stopped working after less than 6 months! We were already spoiled and accustomed to the great coffee it made. Fortunately, our unit was under warranty and we qualified for a replacement! We are enjoying our Ratio Six refurbished coffee maker now. The only glitch we've had is that the refurbished unit would not operate with the carafe that it came with. Fortunately, we still had the carafe from our original unit. We swapped the new carafe for our old one and now the refurbished machine works like a dream. What a relief to have top-notch coffee again.”
“I don’t think I can give an honest review . I love my ratio 8. I feel ratio 6 is ok but has too many moving parts . I like the thermo, keeps my job hot. Overall I think it’s an ok machine but I rather have my ratio 8”
