“This is the second machine I have bought from Ratio. The first one was a Ratio Eight for my girlfriend, when my mother came to visit for a week she loved the Japanese iced coffee we made for her so much I got her a full set up for her house. She absolutely loves it.”
“It is difficult to compare my Ratio 6 with my previous drip coffee maker. I did find it necessary to change from ground coffee to grinding beans: the ground coffee clogged the filter. It could have been doing that in my old maker, but with the Ratio 6 I see the grounds before I pour my coffee. I'm good with the change though, the freshly ground coffee is superior.
I haven't had any problems with the carafe, even without preheating it my coffee stays hot. No drips or dribbles either.

“Makes a great pot of coffee. I really appreciate the bloom feature. If I have a minor complaint, it's that the carafe doesn't seal between pours, and so by the third cup coffee is not hot enough.”
