“The spout on the carafe is pretty terrible. Other than that, this machine makes excellent coffee and each day I’m in doubt as to whether I made the coffee with my Chemex or it came from a drip machine! So happy!”
“I am sorry to say that I am disappointed. I was so excited with this coffee maker and the reviews said it was the best but one month into owning it the black paint on the metal piece where the water passes through to bloom the coffee grounds is bubbling up the black paint where the water hits it. (I wish I could post a photo). I keep pulling paint chips and no longer feel safe using this machine. I am very disappointed!”
