“The coffee is great, but the bottom of the carafe is not sealed at the seam and water gets trapped inside this space when you are washing it. You can hear the trapped water sloshing around and it will drip intermittently from the bottom at the seam while pouring coffee. There is no way to drain it. This is a design flaw I would not have expected to encounter given your company’s reputation. I hope there is a design upgrade in the works.”
“It took me a while to find an excellent coffee maker that was mostly glass and steel comma without micro plastics. This works wonderfully! Quiet and fast. The carafe is amazing – it keeps my coffee hot to warm for close to five hours. How much money I’m saving by not having that burner going…”

“The machine operates very well. I may have mistakenly purchased this machine as I like to have a mug of coffe every morning. It does well for the 2 cup pour but with the large basket I think it leaves something that is needed for a smaller brew. I'm experimenting with the grinds as recommended and the water. It does take a little longet to let the system finish after the ready light goes on. Need to wait for the coffee to finsh dripping and it takes longer then the stated time. Otherwise good coffee machine, well built with quality parts. Better suited for large brews.”

“Easy to make great coffee and clean up, but don't turn the carafe over when you wash it. The carafe is not sealed and you'll end up with water sloshing around between the stainless steel liner and plastic outer cover; not a very sanitary situation! I don't plan to return the machine, but you'd think that for $359 Ratio would provide a high quality carafe.”
