I've made around 10 pots of coffee with my Ratio. It makes a nice smooth pot of coffee, and it does it fast. Everything about it shows quality. It is made out of high-quality materials. I wouldn't mind if it was a little bigger, 12 cups would be great. I also think it should include one of those microfiber towels and some descaling solution, as it would be nice not to have to worry about buying anything more for a while.”
