“The Build-A-Box is a great choice because you can mix and match between smoothies, shakes, and juices, picking the ones that taste best to you. I appreciate that there are minimal ingredients in these as well as selections with high protein (useful for days I have 3+ rides). Having them in the freezer makes things easier on busy weeks. My only reason for not giving 5 starts is the wasteful packaging, including the foam to keep them frozen and of course the plastic bottles.”
