Hi Allison. We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience. I looked into your order, and you did order over the holiday weekend of July 4th, which is why it did not ship right away. You ordered on 7/1 in the evening, which made it so we could not ship it until after the holiday weekend. We did have a disclaimer on the website at this time to let our customers know there would be some shipping delays due to the holiday. I do see here that the order was shipped on 7/6 but was delayed in transit an extra day until 7/9. We do apologize on behalf of FedEx for the delay in transit. This is more than likely the reason you did not enjoy the taste, as they were in transit too long and could have possibly been compromised. “(Male, 29) This is the first cleanse I've done, so I want to preface that this cleanse isn't your typical, permitting you to eat as many fruits and vegetables as you need. I am a vegetarian already and follow a pretty healthy diet, rich in fresh fruits and vegetables.
So I didn't notice much change regarding my GI symptoms (mostly bloating). I'm also a skinny dude (6'2, 185lbs, fit) so weight loss wasn't the driver.
