“TOOOO MUCH SUGAR! When I have completed juice cleanses before - it was always to reset the system - flush, cleanse etc. I THOUGHT I had signed up for a kickstart to a healthy fruits/vegetables raw diet. What I received instead was 20+ grams of sugar for each service. The juices arrived frozen - and the instructions noted 24 hours to de-thaw the quantity intended for consumption in 24 hours. The juices took in excess of 48 hours - and there was no direction as to "which juice when". I sought answers on the website which essentially directed to drink in any order. After arriving almost three days late - I had to wait another 2 days to initiate my first day of consumption. The juices tasted great! But once I further explored the sugar content - I knew why - and I knew this cleanse was not a good match for me. I recommend the following: additional VERY GRAPHIC/OBVIOUS disclosure as to the sugar content. I clearly assumed without performing due diligence - these juices would be like all previous cleanses - cleansing ... and that much sugar does not fit the bill. Next - the instructions and/or in packaging directions abysmal. Several times I found myself researching the website and/or googling. This should be a straight forward delivery with hassle-free instructions. The fact the juices came froze - alone - should have been a red flag. By contrast - a friend completed the Raw Juicery. Her juices contained less than 10 grams of sugar - and less than 30 for the day! The bottles arrived fresh - never frozen - and instructions on order of consumption was clear. I selected Raw Generation because of the positive reviews - but what I found is - YES the juices taste fantastic - but they really aren't a true "cleanse".”

“Great tasting cleanse! I had energy and wasn’t too hungry. I did the 5 day cleanse and lost 4 pounds. I ended up eating a few almonds but that’s it. I was really surprised. I liked the Vanilla cashew so much that in ordered it for my breakfast replacement! I do recommend this cleanse.”

There's no ADDED sugar which is great but the sugar content varies from around 18 to 30grams per drink. We did the cleanse for more a diet "reset" but in 3 days we each lost between 3 and 5lbs.”
