I felt lighter and had a lot of energy. I lost 2lbs but I’m guessing it was water weight, I did this to reset myself after the holidays not to lose weight. Highly recommend!”
“I've never done a juice cleanse before this one, and I gotta say in impressed! I was never really hungry during the 5 days. I was also able to take my dog on walks and do low-impact spinning during the cleanse without feeling entirely sluggish after. The protein juices were very filling and also great tasting, more like milkshakes. The Vanilla Cashew, Cocoa Hemp, and Sweet Greens were my favorites. The two carrot-based juices tasted identical to me. They weren't bad, but after a few days I was tired of drinking carrots. And the peanut butter juice was heavy on the peanut butter, again not bad, just not my favorite. I lost 5lbs from start to finish and noticably lost stomach bloat. I'm happy with my results and I expect to do this cleanse again in June before my friend's wedding! I'll probably stick with the 5-day cleanse, idk if my willpower could last a whole week!”
