“This is the first time I’ve done a juice cleanse and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. All the juices were very good and easy to drink and with the protein smoothies I was able to continue my daily workouts. I never felt hungry and it really has helped me not to crave sugary snacks.
