“I enjoyed the cleansing but didn’t lose weight. I actually gained 4 lbs over the period. I might had ate to much on my salad each day. It was only veggies listed though. If I do it again it probably won’t be a protein cleanse. Thanks”
“This cleanse felt very clean, but also filling. I love how filling the protein almond based ones are- especially the Vanilla Cashew. The chocolate flavor tastes like a chocolate milkshake, I like to drink that one very cold with a straw. Using this cleanse with some other approved foods, I had energy I didn't expect to have while travelling, with my workouts and runs intact as well.”
