“The juices/protein blends all tasted really good. The Cashew vanilla I preferred frozen so it’s like ice cream. I didn’t like the beet juice at first but it grew on me. I did the 5 day protein cleanse although I had 4 bottles left over. I worked out (weights and cardio) 3/5 days. I was SO craving meat and eggs after day 5! My body felt calmer and I woke up easier. But I got very constipated and it offset the good feelings on day 3-5.
I would not do this cleanse again.
I would do the juice only (not the protein ones-although I would still consume those as a “treat”) and eat a regular protein rich and fiber rich dinner and walk daily to stay regular. I loved the convenience!! They came very frozen and all tasted very fresh.”

I had. an immense headache after 2 days of this cleanse and felt generally terrible. The sweetness of these juices and smoothies was undrinkable and the concept of drinking another juice makes me nauseous. Do not recommend. Save your money. Eat real foods!”
