“I love the sweet greens, citrus carrot, and beet roots, but the protein shakes I had to throw out. I was barely able to get it down. This was very disappointing to not only have to waste the product but the money as well considering these are not cheap.”

Found the suggestion to eat raw veg made a big difference, as I miss the texture of food when I'm only consuming liquid. Highly recommend. Possibly supplement with senna if your digestion is slow.”
