“As someone who can't eat ice cream but once enjoyed milkshakes, the protein nut milk smoothies are actually a treat. Delicious--and filling. I didn't feel hungry or exhausted even though I did a five-day cleanse. I also didn't drink all of the juices alloted per day. Found the suggestion to eat raw veg made a big difference, as I miss the texture of food when I'm only consuming liquid. Highly recommend. Possibly supplement with senna if your digestion is slow.”
